Mesuring
Here are some examples of the average waist lines by clothing size
To
get the waist measurements for your Princess, find the natural waistline and
wrap the measuring tape around it. If you want an elastic waist band make sure
the measuring tape is snug, the elastic stretches pretty far. If you want
a ribbon waist band measure loose, the ribbon can be tied smaller if needed but
not too much smaller.
To get the length measure from the waist down the leg. It is your preference as to how long you want the tutu. Shorter ones tend to poof out more and the longer ones hang down due to the weight.
